Any breaches of copyright are forbidden and therefore none of the contents of this website, including any designs are to be downloaded, copied, imitated or reproduced without the express written permission of Daisy Daisy Card Designs. Pricing Here at Daisy Daisy Card Designs we endeavour to bring you stationery that is competitively priced and offers you value for money without sacrificing style, elegance or our contemporary designs. Please refer to our price list for details of our stationery. Payment A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm an order. Daisy Daisy Card Designs will send confirmation of order by letter or e-mail once payment is cleared. Please make cheques payable to XXXXXXXXX. We aim to fulfill your order within 6 weeks of your deposit clearing. We will confirm in writing the date on which we intend to release your order. Should this date change in any way we will keep you informed, however we hope this won’t be necessary! Full and final payment will be required 2 weeks prior to the release date, we will confirm this date in writing. If wedding stationery is required within 6 weeks of order, payment will be required in full at the time of order confirmation. We will also need to work with you closely to ensure we can meet your expectations. Please note that work will not commence until approval of the proof(s) has been received. Please note that no orders will be released until full payment of any outstanding balance is received and cleared. From time to time we need to alter our prices without notice. Please be assured this will not happen to orders which are already confirmed and work in progress. Wedding stationery design and proofs Once the order has been confirmed, Daisy Daisy Card Designs will produce a proof of the required item (or items) within 1 week of placing your order and your deposit being received. You will be required to check all proofs and sign and return our form to us to confirm you are satisfied and happy with the design, wording and content of each item. Upon receipt of this, work will commence as per these confirmed instructions. Please note that we cannot provide a proof for items such as table plans, albums and guest books. We can however provide you with a photo of what the item would look like in more detail than what is provided on our website. For table plans, Daisy Daisy Card Designs will provide a printed sheet of all of the names to be included in the plan and for each table for the client to approve. Daisy Daisy Card Designs will make every effort to ensure stationery is produced to your exact requirements. However, proof reading is your responsibility entirely and Daisy Daisy Card Designs cannot be held responsible for any mistakes that go unnoticed during the proof checking process. If for some reason we are unable to fulfill any part of your order due to a shortage in supplies we will contact you to propose an alternative solution. Please note, if you have a need to make changes to the text or designs after the proof has been approved and/or work has started, you may incur an additional charge. We hope that in most cases this can be avoided. Here at Daisy Daisy Card Designs we are proud to present you with a stylish and contemporary handmade product. As a result, there may be slight variations in the individual items of stationery, as you would expect from a hand made product. The customer must bear this in mind and accept this fact when ordering and subsequently when the proof is approved. Daisy Daisy Card Designs are not responsible for obtaining copyright permission required for any poems, hymns, readings, quotes or other material used in the order of service or any other part of the stationery order. It is the sole responsibility of the client to ensure that any necessary copyright permission has been obtained. Cancellation In the event of the order being cancelled, the 50% deposit is non refundable. If an order is cancelled part way through, Daisy Daisy Card Designs reserve the right to charge the client for any work completed in excess of the value of the deposit. If you need to cancel an order please notify us both by telephone and in writing. In return, we will confirm in writing receipt of your cancellation request. Refunds/Exchanges As all wedding stationery is personalised and handmade to order, no refunds or exchanges will be given unless the stationery is found to be faulty and we are notified within 7 days of receipt of your order. Delivery (need to check which Royal Mail service) All orders will be sent using Royal Mail special delivery. The cost of this service will be added to your order. The amount will be dependent on Royal Mail charges and these can be checked at www.postoffice.co.uk. By using special delivery, your package will be insured, easy to trace throughout the delivery process and will require a signature upon delivery. Daisy Daisy Card Designs cannot accept any responsibility for delay, loss or damage to orders once they have left our premises. |
